1- Click on the icon. To find text (author name, book name, etc.) in the Data
Base:
a. Open the Edit menu and choose Find and. You see the Find dialog box.
b. Type the text you want to find.
c. Click Find Next to search for the next occurrence.
d. Click Close when you are done.
For Excel Format or HTML Interactive Format:
1. Click the arrow in the column that contains the numbers, and click (Custom).
2. In the box on the left, click equals, or does not equal, contains, or does
not contain.
3. In the box on the right, enter the text you want.
4. If you need to find text values that share some characters but not others,
use a wildcard character.
